Prefer names such as Launch the Day, Publish the Newsletter, Manage the Restaurant, or Plan the Trip over vague categories such as Work or Miscellaneous.

Keep high-frequency links visible
Place the sites you open repeatedly where they are easy to scan. Archive or remove links that no longer support the purpose of the board.
Pair boards with widgets
A research board may work well beside notes and AI chat. A morning board may work well beside weather, calendar, tasks, and news.
