These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orbital Office, including our website, dashboard, scheduling tools, appointment tools, productivity features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Orbital Office, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Orbital Office provides tools for organization, productivity, scheduling, appointment management, and related workflow features. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purposes.
Certain features may integrate with third-party services, including Google Calendar and payment providers. If you connect a third-party service, you authorize Orbital Office to access and use the relevant data only as needed to provide the connected feature you request.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, store, or create in Orbital Office, including notes, bookmarks, calendar items, appointments, spreadsheets, and other account content ("User Content").
You grant Orbital Office a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and process User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you.

Some features may require a paid plan, subscription, token purchase, deposit, or other fee. Pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase are incorporated into these Terms.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Orbital Office does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbital Office disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbital Office and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbital Office’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Orbital Office for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orbital Office and its operators from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://orbitaloffice.com/privacy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
